Dung beetle
The dung beetle is very strong, it can pull more than 1,000 times its own weight. That's the same as if a 70-kilogram human pulled 6 fully loaded double-deckers.
Here you can see the dung beetle pausing for a moment to wave at us.
The dung beetle and little balls of dung are handmade from paper pulp and painted with acrylic paint.
The dung beetle is about 7 cm big (antenna included)
The glass bell is 10 cm high and the wooden base is 10 cm wide.
This item will be carefully wrapped and packaged before it will be shipped off.
Each and every one of my Mierpapier creations is lovingly handmade with a great amount of care and attention to detail.
