Bat
An eco-friendly bat made of paper in a frame. On the frame it says 'vleermuis' the Dutch word for bat.
To make these portraits, I use old second-hand vintage frames and refurbish them, fun results and sustainable!
The bat is handmade from paper pulp and painted with acrylic paint.
He is approximately 8 cm big (measured with the ears) and 11 cm wide.
The frame measures 17 cm wide and 12 cm high.
On the back is a hook to hang it on your wall.
This item will be carefully wrapped and packaged before it will be shipped off.
Each and every one of my Mierpapier creations is lovingly handmade with a great amount of care and attention to detail.
I always try to put a little something of myself in each of my paper companions.
